Just ahead of Baselworld 2017, luxury Swiss watchmaker Patek Philippe have released details of two new timepieces, a diamond encrusted 7130G Ladies World Time and a 5960/1A Calendar Chronograph with a black face.
The new 7130G features a peacock blue dial with a guilloché centre, a split colour 24 hour indicator centre ring, a sunburst outer ring with 24 international cities, all housed in a 36mm white gold case encrusted with 62 diamonds. The watch is run on the Patek Philippe 240 HU automatic calibre and comes fitted with a matching peacock blue alligator strap.
This iteration of the 5960/1A is an update to the sought after reference which was first released in 2014. This model has a revamped face based around a black opaline dial which is accented by red second hands and white/silver detailing on the calendar indicators and dial edge. The watch runs on Patek’s CH 28-520 IRM QA 24H movement and features and stainless steel case and steel bracelet. This is definitely one for the collectors out there.
