Treasuring those precious pieces of jewellery is just as important to us, as it is to you! We want to be able to help in any way that we can to ensure that you are always covered, should the worst ever happen. Our valuation service is the perfect protection!

Accurate detailed valuations, such as ours, are carried out by a qualified registered valuer. This service assists in obtaining a satisfactory settlement in the event of loss or damage. The document is also proof of ownership and will give you the peace of mind that you are covered should the worst happen.

When our independent valuation expert Georgina visits our showrooms each month, our teams are ready to welcome you and your precious pieces in. During the process, the items will be cleaned and examined, so that any remedial work can be pointed out. This could include worn claws and settings, the security of which are vital to the lifetime of your jewellery.

Within your valuation dossier, you will find detailed descriptions of your item, alongside identifying features and even images, all of which assist in returning the items to their rightful owners in the event that they may be lost, stolen and recovered.
