Delivery Information

FREE DELIVERY TO UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND

We can only deliver to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland. All orders must be signed for upon receipt.

Purchases made through the David M Robinson website for home delivery, are dispatched by DHL.

It is our aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, with delivery guaranteed within two working days. There are some factors that may affect dispatch such as stock availability, if we have to order a product directly from the supplier, or if you have any special requirements. If any of these factors result in the dispatch of your order being extended, we will contact you to discuss the options available.

Orders are not dispatched over the weekend, meaning that any orders placed during this time will be actioned when our teams return to our offices on Monday. You can also select our Click & Collect option at the checkout and arrange to collect your order at one of our four UK stores.

PayPal orders will only be dispatched when we receive notification from PayPal and these orders will only be delivered to your verified PayPal address. Click & Collect is not available on PayPal or Interest Free Credit purchases, as these orders must be delivered to the billing address.
