DMR Jewellery: 'Stella' - David M Robinson

The beauty and mystery of the night sky has long been a source of inspiration for artists and designers. It is from this beautiful sight that the latest addition to DMR’s exclusive collections comes, ‘Stella’.

A symbol of divine protection and guidance, stars have remained a thing of beauty through fairy tales and more recent popular culture. It is to those flashes of light sweeping through the sky in which characters put their faith, wishing for better days ahead.

From this image of those radiant celestial formations comes the latest addition to DMR, designed in-house at our Cheshire studio. Named ‘Stella’, the Italian word for ‘star’, this new suite of jewellery is designed with elegance and simplicity in mind. In each piece, a single stone diamond is set against a black rhodium shadow, illustrating the star’s sparkle across the night sky.

Each piece has been designed with the ability to layer and stack, in mind. The collection features two distinctive shapes of diamond necklace, one falling vertically from the neck, another extending horizontally along the chest.

An elegant, contemporary pair of diamond stud earrings are designed to allow the wearer the flexibility to choose whether they point away from the lobe, or instead creep up the ear, offering the opportunity to wear them alongside other pieces within your ‘Ear Armour’.

Accompanying these, a single stone diamond ring completes the set, curving gracefully around the finger, retailing at £2,600.
