Sales Ambassador

Full Time

Opportunities have arisen to join our friendly teams of Sales Ambassadors in Liverpool, Manchester and Altrincham.

You would play a major part in selling our range of leading watch brands, including Rolex, Tudor and IWC, together with our diamond jewellery and our exclusive, in-house designed jewellery collections. You will also be supported by our own goldsmiths and watchmakers to enable you to provide a first class service and experience for all customers.

Whilst experience of working with quality Swiss watches and fine diamonds would be advantageous, it is not essential as full training would be provided. More importantly we are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals who are keen to learn and who can demonstrate that they go that extra mile for customers. You would enjoy being a valued part of an enthusiastic team, contributing ideas and working to promote a privately owned family business.

Behind the scenes, our dedicated design team sketch beautiful new collections as part of our Head Office operation, a vibrant hub of activity. All are part of the DMR family.

Sales ambassadors

Across four showrooms, our highly trained Sales Ambassadors have been part of many special memories throughout our 50-year history. For many, their clients have become more like friends. The relationship that our showrooms enjoy with their friends is what sets DMR apart. We care deeply about their individual story and are privileged to assist them at milestones throughout their lives. From engagements to special birthdays, many generations of the same families continue to visit us, half a century into our journey.

At DMR, you will receive training about our own exclusive jewellery collections as well as the magic behind diamonds and gemstones. In addition to this, you will be taught about the technical mastery of our Swiss watch partners, including Rolex and Patek Philippe.

A workshop was where the DMR story began back in 1969. To this day, it remains an important part of our business. It is in these spaces, that expert craftsmen and women carve and shape precious metals to turn the dreams of our friends into a reality. Specialists in gemstones and metalwork, they guide our Sales Ambassadors on bespoke projects, imparting their own creative knowledge to add an extra special touch to our clients’ ideas.

Even today, David Robinson remains a part of the DMR design process. Alongside him, a team of skilled designers and product developers translate a rough pencil sketch into a timeless creation. With the help of our Goldsmiths, prototypes are crafted from precious metals which form the basis of conversations within DMR’s Head Office operation. It is here that important decisions are made on which pieces tell our story and are to be introduced to our friends by our Sales Ambassadors.
