Patek Philippe: Showcasing Excellence with Eight New Debuts

Showcasing the incredible skill of their watchmakers and the innovative technology within their workshops, Patek Philippe have this week debuted a host of extraordinary new references.

Within this latest introduction of timepieces, Patek Philippe has extended its collection of complications with five additional chronographs, whilst also paying tribute to their cult Nautilus family, by presenting three new variations.

Grand Complications, Ref. 5373P-001

To the Grand Complications collection, Patek Philippe welcomes the first left-hander chronograph in recent Patek Philippe history, the Ref. 5373P-001. The left-hander chronograph is endowed with the Caliber CHR-27-525 PS Q, which is the thinnest split-seconds chronograph movement with perpetual calendar ever built.

Its 38.3mm platinum case and charcoal-coloured dial – with a black gradation and red vanished chronograph hands – reflects the sporty and contemporary style of the timepiece.

Aquanaut Luce, Ref. 7968/300R-001

The Aquanaut Luce marks a number of firsts with this latest iteration. Not only is it the first chronograph in the Aquanaut Luce collection, but it is also Patek Philippe’s first self-winding ladies’ chronograph.

Decorated with a rainbow of baguette diamonds and multi-coloured sapphires around the bezel, the watch comes with three ultra-resistant composite straps, in red, matte beige and matte white. The rainbow design of this piece continues with the engraved mother of pearl dial featuring an entire spectrum of coloured sapphires on its twelve applied hour markers in rose gold.

Grand Complications, Ref. 5204G-001

Another addition to the Grand Complications collection, the Ref. 5204G-001 combines two of Patek Philippe’s most coveted grand complications. The piece is a reworked brand classic with a split-seconds chronograph with a perpetual calendar that features the manually wound caliber CHR 29-535 PS Q movement.

Endowed with a white-gold case and an olive-green sunburst dial that has a black gradation to the periphery, the timepiece has interchangeable solid and sapphire crystal case backs.

Complications, Ref. 5935A-001

Another self-winding model from the Complications collection, the Ref. 5935A-001 is a World-Time chronograph. Self-winding, the World Time function simultaneously indicates the time in twenty-four time zones.

Standing out with its sport and vintage design, the carbon motif in the centre of the dial is a hidden reference to the decor of the Ref. 6007 in a limited-edition inaugural model celebrating the new PP6 manufacture building in Plan-les-Ouates, which opened in 2020.

Nautilus Travel Time Chronograph, Ref. 5990/1A-011

The Nautilus Travel Time Chronograph is one of the rare Patek Philippe watches with a steel case. Featuring a new blue dial with a radiant sunburst finish and a subtle black gradation to the periphery.

The self-winding caliber CH 28-520 C FUS movement combines three complications. These include a flyback chronograph, a Time Travel function and an analog date at 12 o’clock which is synchronised with local time.

Nautilus, Ref. 5811/1G-001

In paying tribute to its iconic Nautilus family, Patek Philippe also welcomes the successor of the legendary Ref. 5711. This new version is fitted with an ultra-thin self-winding caliber, housed within a 41mm white gold case. Time is displayed across a blue sunburst dial with a black gradation to the periphery.
